Appearance

A handsome muscular man in the middle of his prime. The Storm Lord’s armor means that you don’t often see a smile on his face, unless it’s in a company where it’s safe to relax. When there is any sort of danger, he looks threatening.

History

Daniel Turner is one of those few rare Urdraga who have had a reasonably normal childhood. His mother is one of the People and his father – an independent unarmed combat instructor of some repute, teaching government agents of all sorts how to fight. Most of his childhood has been spent between studies and his father’s harsh tutolage (his mother dumped them shortly after giving birth to him). As he got old enough to make his own decisions he decided to expand upon the philosophy of power and independence that he’d been taught, so he moved away and became a guide for people wishing to feel what it’s like to live in the wilderness for a couple of weeks. Several years passed and he got quite good at his job. The only problem was that he seemed to make those around him uncomfortable, and it didn’t matter whether they were humans or animals. Daniel’s First Change occurred when a group of tourists he was guiding was attacked by a pack of wolves ridden by spirits, whose homes were destroyed by humans. Somehow, he managed to stay on his feet as people around him fell, until there was only rage and the full face of Luna in the skies. Later he joined a Pack that claimed a fair amount of sparsely inhabited territory and was initiated into the Storm Lords. The pack was obliterated during a nasty confrontation with a Spirit that they egged on by inadvertently stumbling upon its ban. Daniel was able to get away with his Gifts, but he’s been hunted by the memories of his friends ever since.
